Learn how to use the notifications icon to keep up with the latest important alerts in the system.

Description
The notifications icon sits at the top of the dashboard and displays instant alerts about important system events, such as new orders, low stock alerts, or cash box discrepancies, keeping the business owner informed without browsing every page individually.
Page Components
- A bell icon with a counter showing the number of unread notifications.
- A dropdown list of the latest notifications sorted by time.
- A "View All" link to go to the full notification log.
- A "Mark All as Read" option.
Steps
- Click the bell icon at the top of the screen to view the latest notifications.
- Click any notification to go directly to its related page (such as the order or invoice).
- Click "Mark All as Read" to reset the unread notification counter.
- To adjust which notifications you receive, go to "WhatsApp Notification Settings" or the general notification settings.
