Reset Password

Description

If you forget your password, E-Fatorah provides a dedicated recovery page that sends a verification code to your registered phone number or email, then lets you set a new password to regain access to your dashboard.

Page Components

• Registered phone number or email input field.
• Verification code (OTP) input field.
• New password and confirm password fields.
• "Send Code" and "Save Password" buttons.

Steps

1. From the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link.
2. Enter the phone number or email registered to your account.
3. Click "Send Verification Code".
4. Enter the OTP code received via SMS or email.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.
6. Click "Save" to update your password.
7. Log in again using your new password.
