Enable the option to pick up an order directly from one of your branches instead of delivery.

Description

This page lets you enable the "Pickup from Branch" option in your online store, allowing customers to choose a specific branch to pick up their order in person without incurring shipping costs, expanding the pickup options available to customers.

Page Components

  • A list of available branches with an enable/disable pickup toggle for each.
  • Branch address field and working hours.
  • A map to pinpoint the branch location.

Steps

  1. Go to "Store" then "Branch Pickup Addresses".
  2. Select the branch you want to make available for pickup.
  3. Enable the "Pickup from this branch" option.
  4. Confirm the branch address and working hours shown to customers.
  5. Click "Save" so the pickup option appears for this branch at checkout.
