Store Orders

Track and manage orders coming from your online store from receipt to delivery.

Description

The Store Orders page brings together all orders customers place through your online store, letting you track their status from receipt through preparation and shipping to delivery or branch pickup.

Page Components

An orders table: order number, customer name, total, order status.
Filters by status (new, preparing, shipped, delivered, cancelled).
Order details: products, shipping address or pickup branch, payment method.

Steps

Go to "Store" then "Store Orders".
Open the new order to review its details and products.
Change the order status to "Preparing" once you start fulfilling it.
When ready for shipping or pickup, update the status to "Shipped" or "Ready for Pickup".
After the order is actually delivered to the customer, change the status to "Delivered" to close the order.
