Log a Visit

Description

The Log a Visit page lets a rep document visit details immediately after finishing, including the outcome, notes, and any order taken, so the data is reflected directly in management reports.

Page Components

• Merchant selection (auto-filled if the visit was started from "My Visits Today").
• A visit outcome field (sale made, no interest, closed, follow up later).
• A text notes field.
• The ability to attach a photo.
• A "Create Order" button if the merchant wants to purchase.

Steps

1. From "My Visits Today", click the required visit, or go directly to "Log a Visit" and select the merchant.
2. Choose the visit outcome from the list.
3. Add notes about the visit if any.
4. Attach a photo if needed (such as the shop front or product display).
5. If the merchant wants to order, click "Create Order" to add products directly.
6. Click "Save" to finish the visit and record it in the visit log.
