Plan and distribute a weekly or monthly visit schedule for field sales reps.

Description

The Visit Schedule page helps sales managers plan reps' visits ahead of time by scheduling recurring visits (daily, weekly, monthly) for each merchant or customer, ensuring regular coverage of all territories and merchants.

Page Components

A weekly/monthly calendar showing scheduled visits.
"Schedule New Visit" button.
Assigning the rep, merchant, and visit date/time.
A recurrence option (weekly, biweekly, monthly).

Steps

Go to "Field Reps" then "Visit Schedule".
Click "Schedule New Visit".
Select the rep and the merchant to be visited.
Set the visit date and time, and enable recurrence if it's a periodic visit.
Click "Save" so the visit appears in the rep's app and on the calendar.
