How to create a professional price quotation for a customer and convert it into a sales invoice upon approval.

Description
The Quotations page lets you create an official price quote for a customer before finalizing the sale. It can be sent directly via WhatsApp or email, and once approved, converted into a sales invoice with one click without re-entering data.
Page Components
- "New Quotation" button.
- A table of quotations with status (pending, accepted, rejected, expired).
- Quotation expiry date.
- "Convert to Invoice" button.
Creating a Quotation
- Click "New Quotation".
- Select the customer and add products, quantities, and prices.
- Set a discount percentage if applicable and the quotation's validity period.
- Click "Save & Send" to send the quote to the customer via WhatsApp or print it.
Converting a Quotation to an Invoice
- Once the customer approves, open the quotation and click "Convert to Sales Invoice".
- Review the details and complete the sale normally.
