Set up automatic WhatsApp messages sent when specific events occur, like issuing an invoice or confirming an order.

Description
The Automatic Messages page lets you set up message templates that are automatically sent via WhatsApp when specific events occur in the system, such as issuing an invoice, confirming an order, or a payment reminder, without manual intervention each time.
Page Components
- A list of events available for automation (new invoice, order confirmation, payment reminder, welcoming a new customer).
- A message text editor supporting dynamic variables (customer name, invoice number, amount).
- An enable/disable toggle for each automatic message.
Steps
- Go to "WhatsApp" then "Automatic Messages".
- Select the event you want to trigger an automatic message for.
- Edit the message text using ready-made variables like customer name and invoice number.
- Enable the message using its toggle.
- Click "Save" so the system starts sending this message automatically whenever the specified event occurs.
