Control the types of notifications sent via WhatsApp to the business owner and staff.

Description

The WhatsApp Notification Settings page lets you control internal notifications received by the business owner or authorized users via WhatsApp, such as an alert for a new order, low stock, or a cash box closed with a balance discrepancy.

Page Components

  • A list of available internal notification types.
  • Setting recipients for each notification type (owner, branch manager, specific user).
  • An enable/disable toggle for each notification type.

Steps

  1. Go to "WhatsApp" then "WhatsApp Notification Settings".
  2. Review the list of available notifications (new order, out of stock, cash box discrepancy, etc.).
  3. Enable the notifications you want to receive via WhatsApp.
  4. Select which users should receive each notification.
  5. Click "Save" to apply the settings immediately.
