WhatsApp Connection

Connect your business WhatsApp number to E-Fatorah to send invoices and messages automatically.

Description

Before using any WhatsApp feature in E-Fatorah, you must connect your business WhatsApp number to the system via the WhatsApp Connection page, to ensure all messages and invoices reach customers from your official business number.

Page Components

  • Current connection status (connected/disconnected).
  • A QR code to scan with WhatsApp Business to link the number.
  • "Reconnect" or "Disconnect Number" button.

Steps

  1. Go to "WhatsApp" then "WhatsApp Connection".
  2. Click "Link New Number" if no number is connected yet.
  3. Open WhatsApp Business on the business phone, then go to "Linked Devices".
  4. Scan the QR code shown on the E-Fatorah page using the phone.
  5. Wait until the status changes to "Connected" for all WhatsApp features to become available.
