Description
The WhatsApp Package page lets you choose a messaging package suited to your business size, used to automatically send invoices, order notifications, and marketing messages to customers directly via WhatsApp from E-Fatorah.
Page Components
- Available packages displayed with the message count and price for each.
- A counter showing remaining messages in the current package.
- "Upgrade Package" or "Renew Subscription" button.
- A history of previous package subscription invoices.
Steps
- Go to "WhatsApp" then "WhatsApp Package".
- Review the available packages and compare message count and price.
- Choose the suitable package and click "Subscribe".
- Complete the payment to activate the package immediately.
- Track consumed and remaining messages from the same page, and renew before it runs out.
