Products

Description

The Products page is where all of your business's product data is managed, from name, price, and barcode to available quantity, forming the foundation the POS screen, inventory, and reports rely on.

Page Components

• Search bar and filters (by category, status, quantity).
• "Add New Product" and "Import from Excel" buttons.
• A table showing product image, name, barcode, sale price, available quantity.
• Edit, duplicate, print barcode, and delete icons.

Adding a New Product

1. Click "Add New Product".
2. Enter the product name, category, and unit.
3. Set the purchase price, sale price, and tax rate.
4. Enter or auto-generate a barcode for the product.
5. Enter the opening stock quantity and reorder point.
6. Upload a product image (optional) then click "Save".

Importing Products and Printing Barcodes

• Use the "Import from Excel" feature to add a large number of products at once via a ready-made file.
• Print barcode labels directly from the product page for use on shelves and items.

Search and Editing

• Use search by name or barcode for quick access to any product.
• Click the "Edit" icon to update the price, quantity, or any other data.
