Units

Description

The Units page lets you define the units of measure used for selling and purchasing products, such as piece, carton, kilogram, or liter, with the ability to link multiple units to one product and set the conversion factor between them.

Page Components

• "Add New Unit" button.
• A table of units currently in use.
• A conversion factor field between the base unit and sub-units (e.g., 1 carton = 12 pieces).

Steps

1. Go to "Inventory" then "Units".
2. Click "Add New Unit".
3. Enter the unit name (e.g., piece, carton, kilogram).
4. When adding a product, set the base selling unit and any additional units with their conversion factor.
5. Click "Save" to make the unit available for use with all products.
